The RX imola comprises the RX series world leading test menu covering routine chemistries, specific proteins, lipids, therapeutic drugs, antioxidants, diabetes and veterinary testing. Leading the way, the RX imola has testing capabilities for a wide range of our high performing and unique assays including Direct HbA1c. Capable of analysing a variety of sample types including Serum, Plasma and Urine.

Delivering consistent high quality results, the RX imola is ideal for medium to high throughput laboratories and is capable of performing 400 photometric tests and 560 tests per hour including ISE. The RX imola excels in performance and functionality to provide rapid, comprehensive testing with minimal maintenance required.

System Overview

• Reagent Carousel
  60 cooled reagent positions ensuring reagents can be stored on-board the analyser without compromising reagent stability.
• Wash Station
  The RX imola provides an 8 stage washing system that includes acid, alkali and pure water wash steps. Cuvettes have a curved inner surface to aid efficient cleaning and drying.
• Sample Carousel
  Removable sample carousel with 72 positions for samples and 20 cooled positions for controls and calibrators. Immediate sample interruption function for analysing emergency samples via a removable panel. Samples are identified easily through an on-board barcode scanner.
• Pipette
  Dual micro-pipettes include liquid level sensors and clot/bubble detection. Dual 5 speed stirrers are optimised for each assay to ensure the best performance with highly accurate results.
